Nelly said the technicians are very helpful and they explained all the repairs that were performed on the vehicles. She said this business is located near her work and she is a repeat customer. She said the customer service was bad, but she did not elaborate further. The service representative told her the vehicle would be ready on Thursday, but shortly after she received a phone call from her insurance company to let her know her the vehicle would not be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. Her vehicle was returned on Wednesday because there were several parts on her vehicle that had to be replaced.
