Tanya said she had an appointment. She said when she arrived the customer service representative wanted her to drive her damaged vehicle for another week until the parts came in. He said there was a rental vehicle available, but the representative gave it it to another couple that came in after her, so she was not treated very well and it made the whole visit unsatisfactory. She said it seemed like the employee gave preferential treatment to the other couple based on their race. She said she did not want to drive a damaged vehicle for a week. She had to contact her insurance company for a rental vehicle. She was not told when her vehicle would be ready. She would not recommend this business based on her experience.
