Ronald said the insurance company opted not to replace the trunk, which put the burden on this business to fix it. It is hard to do when they were not working with new materiel. When he went to pick up the vehicle, the trunk lid was poorly done. So, he returned it. The second time they called him, they were not happy with the paint on the trunk lid so they kept it and did it over. The third time, they got it right. No one communicated with him during the two weeks his vehicle was there.
