Heather said she is unsure about the quality of the repair because she has not had the opportunity to look it over. Jonathan was very attentive and made sure to contact her every step of the way to let her know what was going on. The vehicle was three days later than anticipated due to additional damage found on the strut and also due to the delay of the part needed to fix it.
