Henry said after he picked his vehicle up he heard a sound coming from his muffler that wasn't there prior to the accident, and there was something wrong with his sway bar. He chose not to elaborate about the issue he has with the sway bar. When he got home he called this business about the above issues. They informed Henry they saw the muffler and sway bar were damaged, but since they noticed the above parts were rusted, they assumed they had been damaged in a prior event. Henry pointed out thre was no prior event, and he doesn't know why this business or the insurance adjuster didn't call him about the damage to the sway bar and muffler prior to working on his vehicle. He explained he had this vehicle inspected in May, and had the muffler been in the condition it is in now it never would have passed the inspection. Henry added he's not an expert regarding vehicles, or their repairs.
