Spoke with Sophia. Sophia said the way they were treated by the shop was pretty good. She was not sure how late the repair service took to complete all of the repair services. However, they found additional damages, and they had to order additional parts. They also had to wait for the insurance company to go through the approval process for the additional repairs. It wasn't their fault, and she wasn't in a hurry for her vehicle, because she had a supplemental rental vehicle available. The representatives were great, and they were professional.
