Celeste said they went above and beyond. They did everything they could. They put in new parts and honored the lifetime warranty. Her vehicle was new. It only had 2,000 miles on it. Jonathan took care of everything for her. He was a great guy. He kept her well informed all along the way. She has no issues with the repair. Her vehicle was a week late. The suspension wasn't perfect, so they kept it to make sure it was. They wanted it to meet Mazda's certified requirements.
