Edward mentioned that the experience was a 5 even though he had to take the vehicle back to the business because the passanger door wouldn't lock at all. He added that it wouldn't lock with the key, the remote, or the lock inside the vehicle. He took the vehicle back to the business and they fixed it without any issues at all. He said Drew, his estimator did an excellent job handling him and his vehicle. He was very happy with the work that this business did.
