Cynthia said the representatives were very helpful with the shuttle service of her vehicle. They also coordinated with her travel plans. As soon as she learned she was arriving a day late, she called the business. They were accommodating in switching up the days. Jonathan Cortez was very responsive, and very nice about everything. Overall she was very happy with the repair service. However there was 1 item she was surprised about. The rear quarter panel did not align properly. However it was due to previous repair service, and it is not very noticeable.
