Scott said he was not happy with his overall experience with Gullo Toyota Collision Center and would rate his experience with a 3. There was a miscommunication with the insurance company and the business did not follow insurance company procedures in regard to payment and that is why his vehicle was not ready when promised. It was one week late because of the miscommunication with the insurance company. He was without his vehicle for one week and that caused some problems.
