Aurelia said she was satisfied with this business. The other party's insurance company, Liberty Mutual said they didn't work with this business. When she chose this place anyway with Enterprise located nearby, she told Liberty Mutual she would need a rental vehicle, which they okayed. When the repairs were done, Liberty Mutual said they weren't going to cover her rental because she didn't choose one of their preferred shops for the repairs. When she told them they were going to pay for the rental, they told her she could pay the bill and fax the information for them to review. She again told them they were going to pay for the rental. Since she is a cancer patient going to a medical center often, she doesn't have time to be running around getting information for them.
