Joseph said he had to return to this business to speak with them about the following on Monday. He noticed there are supposed to be 2 amber lights, but one is dark amber, and one is a light amber. Joseph stated when he dropped his vehicle off he told them his vehicle was pulling to the right, but when he picked it up it was still pulling to the right. When he questioned them about not doing anything about the pulling, he was told the pulling had to have been caused by contact from the accident. Joseph pointed out the pulling was caused by hitting a mailbox. The personnel were distant, lacking in customer service. Even though he got his vehicle back on time, he thinks it was ready a week before they gave it back to him. Joseph chose not to elaborate. Because of the above issues he won't recommend this business.
