Very dissatisfied with Hands-On Garage.
I had high expectations for this place based on the previous reviews. However, I have never been more unhappy with a full-service garage. I have been having persistent rear brake issues on my 2009 Sonata due to the caliper seizing on the rotor. I explained the problem over the phone and was quoted $25 for an inspection. I also got an oil change while I was there. When I got there, I appeared to be the only person getting full-service work done. Nonetheless, it took over 2 full hours for them to finish the "inspection" and oil change. As far as the inspection goes, all the guy could tell me was, "Your caliper, it's not working." When I asked for more information, he repeated that same sentence twice. He also indicated that they couldn't find that caliper anywhere. So I was sent off with no solution or information about the problem. To top it off, I was then told that the inspection cost $55 instead of $25 and that the $25 inspection is for a "full vehicle inspection" which does not include brakes. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Beware!!!!
