Honesty is key
So many auto repair shops aim to rip people off and make you think you need to replace everything right now. I like the way Eric handled business he listed the parts I needed, gave me the option to purchase them on my own to save money and he walked me through the exact details of the repairs needed. Needless to say Harrells has a new loyal customer.
