Danielle Ross Delivers Great Service
I had one of those issues with my car that was difficult to diagnose - a mysterious smell of propane. I brought it into Harris Ford probably three times and Danielle was my service tech for each. She was dedicated to solving the problem even though they had to do some guess work to get to the problem and then the solution. Each time, she was a pleasure to deal with and she remained positive even though the process was frustrating for her entire service team. She made an otherwise negative situation (car trouble is no fun) tolerable.
