Why can't all car repair shops be like Hartman's
I took my car in for a problem they could not replicate. They took my car on the highway and tried to diagnose in the shop. Sometimes problems are intermittent and don't always happen again. But instead of recommending repairs that might not have fixed the problem, they explained what it could be and told me to bring it back if the problem returned. But the reason they get 5 stars is they didn't charge for all the work they did. Obviously this is a shop with honest staff that care about repeat business and I will trust their judgement in the future.
