Why make an appointment?
Had a 10:00 appt. At 11:15, car still sitting in parking lot having not even been looked at it, for a simple oil change. Also advised them of two other issues that needed to be dealt with having already had a certified technician somewhere else tell me what was wrong with car and when I reported problems to them and told them what was wrong, I was simply told "nothing wrong with car" after having sat there for 4 hours. Note that car did not sit out in parking lot waiting on a technician instead of just going straight to oil changer, because person that had car entire time, was simply the oil changer person.

Mrs.Rucker, I would like to apologize for the lack of good communication with you first off! Due to your other concerns it was waiting for a regular technician to look at it rather than going to the Express lube team. The advisor should have sent it to them first while it was waiting and that was a mistake. As far as the concerns you had I drove your vehicle twice before it was given back to you and I was unable to verify either of the concerns with the vehicle at that time. If you are still having a problem and would like to get a second look at it done I would be glad to have another technician test drive the vehicle for you. Again I'm very sorry for the poor communication that occured during your visit and hope we get a chance to correct it in the future. Thank you Don Smith
