Michael said his overall experience with them was rated a 4. They were supposed to replace the windshield. They didn't. He replaced it himself. He sent them a bill for it. They were supposed to reimburse him for it. It's been a month. He's still waiting for his check. His vehicle was ready sooner than promised. He has Geico insurance and he wanted a place that had the rental available at the business. They did, which made it all very convenient for him. He was pleased with the work they performed on his vehicle.
