Byron said the delay on his vehicle was two weeks longer than expected. Either the wrong replacement bumper was being ordered or the wrong bumper kept coming. Byron said he had to call to get updates on his vehicle. The experience could have been better and the personnel could have been more talkative. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
