Spoke with Kevin and Barbara. She said that the vehicle was 7 working days late because the paint was not blended, the edges were not sanded and it was peeling. She added that there is a lot of wind coming through the doors as well. She mentioned that she did not speak with the estimator. She said that she told them her husband was out of town but Steven kept calling her husband even after promising her that he would contact her. She mentioned that the only person she did not have a problem was the Enterprise guy who was very helpful. She added that she was not happy with the communication for the listed reasons. She stated that she will not recommend them to anyone for the listed reasons and she will not return.
