Carol said she was completely satisfied with everything this business did. The only problem she had was with Enterprise. She had to pay a small fee and needed to speak with them but there was no agent on duty so they were contacted. The agent had a minor accident with the rain and she had to wait half an hour to forty-five minutes until someone showed up. Then the printer was not working and she could not get a receipt. She stated she understands this had nothing to do with Heritage Body and Frame and was pleased with them.
