Michael said the driver's side mirror wasn't done when he came for pick-up. The insurance appraiser went on vacation and left him holding the bag. He sold the vehicle and never went back. There was a part not buffed which was rough and looked bad. It wasn't ready when promised because an important safety feature, the driver's side mirror, wasn't done. It took forever, almost a month, and no one communicated. On top of what the insurance paid, it cost almost $300 in rental fees and the vehicle should have been totaled. The vehicle repairs were appraised at the price he purchased it, but that was an insurance issue. The insurance company gave him free a spray-in bedliner because of that. Bernie was great. He wasn't satisfied he was told it was ready when it wasn't, and not satisfied Geico told him he didn't have to pay the deductible, but he did have to. He had to make numerous calls to get it refunded. No one at this business could tell him and the in house Geico appraiser was on vactation. He had to call Geico 4 times. He wouldn't recommend this business because they never told him anything about when it would be ready, so they were not very professional in that respect. It was postponed a couple of times. When he did show up Monday for pick-up it wasn't ready, and that's a major reason he wouldn't recommend this business.
