Melinda said she only received one call telling her the vehicle would be ready on a certain day. It was not ready until the following day. She said she thought the delay was a communication's gap. They were very helpful and polite and arranged to pick up the vehicle. Though it took 1 day longer than promised she said she felt the work was done quickly.
