Raymond said this business took longer than they should have to finish the repairs to his vehicle. They did not let him know they would be taking an extra week, he had to telephone them to find out there was an insurance company delay. He was not kept adequately informed due to the reasons stated above. He was not satisfied with their communication for the same reasons.
