Jennifer said the business gave her a form when she came in and it asked how she would like to be kept updated. She checked off that she would like phone calls daily, but she did not receive any phone calls for four days. She said when she asked why the business did not call she was told the person who did that was out of town. She said the business apologized for not calling as she had expected.
