Spoke with Gabriel. He said the repairs took awhile and they kept telling him a little information at a time but at the end there was a delay. He noticed there was a top piece broken off the cigarette lighter, which he uses to charge his phone. He said he had to call them most of the time to see what was happening with his vehicle. They only called him once during the 2.5 weeks they had his vehicle.
