Robert said he sat down with Drew who runs the facility, and he was really concerned with what they would be doing with the vehicle. Drew really cared and wanted to make sure he had a good experience. Drew put real effort into the vehicle, and it came out better than when he brought it in. Drew went above and beyond, he communicated constantly, and he made sure Robert would be happy with the vehicle. They did work on the roof, but they also cleaned the entire interior and exterior of the vehicle. It looks like new and he is very happy with it. The crew at this business does a good job.
