Guillermo said he was really pleased with the great service he received from this business. He stated his only issue was not being kept adequately informed during the repair process. He was told it would take 3 days for the repairs, but they only called him once, on the third day to tell him his vehicle would be ready. He emphasized they never contacted him with status reports.
