Lloyd said that he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because the interior detailing wasn't done to his satisfaction. He wasn't kept very well informed for reasons he is unaware of. He wasn't completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because he didn't have a chance to meet him or discuss the damages and cost. Other than that, everything was fine and this business was approved on Angies List which is the reason he came to this business.
