Great Service at Day's End
I knew I had a problem with my Tucson ~ checked the oil and there was no showing on the dip stick. Took it in late in the day (6:30 pm). Nathan was returning a key to the service counter, came out and looked at my engine/oil with me. Leon wrote it up and generated a text to my cell. Nathan took my Tucson, checked it over for possible problems, did a quick oil change, made notes for future visits, ran it through the car wash, and returned it to me in less than an hour. Leon remembered my last visit there (not too long ago), made me feel like a special client. Both men were courteous, kind, smiling, conversational even after what I'm sure was a long day of work. I appreciate them both!
