bad experience
My service advisor David Nichols was very nice.First of all I had an extended service contract with( cars protection plus)which did not except what mr.nichols presented to him.I was left a bill of more than 1600 dollars at that time.My complaint is I thought I was over charged.Example, 712 dollars labor charge to replace a coolant thermostat assembly. The total price changed two times on the day I picked the car up,which indicates to me mr.Nichols tried to mitigate the original price.$1425 invoice is what I paid.2004 TB Ford coolant leak.
