Quick, prompt attention, cordial
Had an easy, no hassle, courteous and attentive experience while taking my car in for service. Had a clean, actually brand new, car as a loaner. Every person I dealt with was professional. Mike Lawless made dropping my car off and getting the loaner as easy as could be. I really felt like someone he and the dealership cared about serving well.

The EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!
I would not take my Infiniti to any other Infiniti Dealership except West Chester. They run like a well oiled machine!

Thorough Experience
As usual, the work was performed with a high level of expertise and candor.
I do suggest a different approach to attempting to sell extended warranties. According to several recent surveys, they seldom yield a financial gain.

I really enjoy the personal service and I must admit having my car cleaned is a plus- I was a little surprised at my bill - I would have liked my expectations to be managed a little bit better for the 30,000 check up.

Friendly and Accomodating
I was having trouble with my tire pressure monitoring system indicating low pressure when the tires were fine. I called the dealership immediatly and spoke with Mike Lawless. Mike was able to get me in quickly, offered me a loaner car and ensured things would be taken care of promptly. After dropping off my car, the issue was completed under warranty in only a few hours. I recieved notice everything was complete with a quick e-mail and phone call. When I picked up my car, she was washed, vacuumed and ready to go. I was greated by my first name by everyone from the receptionist to the gentleman that brought my car around. A polite handshake, complementary cold bottle of water and I was off.
