"I appreciate the mechanic's multi-point safety inspection that is emailed to me so I can make a plan on which repairs are priority. They respect that I can't do all the repairs in one visit - no pressure. Super honest folks!"
When you are in need of vehicle repairs, you can trust that the folks at Integrity have your best insterest at heart. I very much like that there is one mechanic assigned to the repairs on my car. I've never experienced that before, but it's like family taking care of you. If I have questions or concerns, I can ask him directly since he knows my vehicle the best. Great concept!

"Awesome Customer Service all the way around"
I was beyond pleased with my service, not everyone has someone to take them or pick them up when a car needs to be serviced. They took me to work and picked me up when my car was finished. In the past I would have to take time off work to get my car serviced and sit for anywhere from a short time to hours waiting for my car. Excellent service, wonderful people.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We work hard to keep customers satisifed and should have test drove the vehicle at higher speeds after the free rotate we gave you to make sure the tires were not bad.
