Rafael said he likes to work with this business but they changed his brakes a few days ago and now it is making a big sound. This is the first time he has heard this noise.

Called customer to determine if brakes related noise issue has subsided, as we had discussed the matter prior to this review.   He advised that the noise has gradually gone away as i had advised him prior.   This was in large measure due to the installation of new ceramic pads on original/unfinished brake rotors.    customer appreciated our follow up and advised all is well at this time.
