Erin said they did the oil change that she wanted done and she asked them about replacing a headlight and a belt. She said they quoted her too much time for the headlight, because they would have to remove the bumper. Her husband was able to change it in 10 minutes and he didn't remove the bumper. She said the price they quoted for the belt replacement was too high, so she had her husband do the work instead. She said they were dishonest.
