My experience with them was very dissappointment and i will never do bussiness with them at all.

Mr. Accardo came in for a brake inspection and estimate. Inspection revealed the need for front and rear brakes service, as well as ball joints. Mr. Accardo became upset that Interstate Auto Care refuses to repair only part of the problems and cannot understand why we decline to work on the vehicle under these circumstances.
I attempted to contact the customer to reiterate our position that we will not perform incomplete repairs on a vehicle and put it on the road in an unsafe condition. Left message for customer to call me. He has not.
