Anurag said when he brought the vehicle in, he got a warranty on a battery. He came back into this business and tried purchasing the battery but he didn't have the paper because he was traveling, so this business told him they would look up his record. They couldn't find his record so they couldn't help him. He had to purchase a new battery.
