Lloyd said Ira Collision Center does very good work. When he purchases a new vehicle he always takes it in to have extra work done to it and the work performed by the facility is perfect.

Dan said they had his vehicle 3 days and did not get the tailgate aligned as he had asked them to do. They replaced the hinge but he could have done that himself. When he pointed out the tailgate was not aligned they took it back in and attempted to align it but it did no good. He spent $100 on a rental vehicle and $100 to fix it plus $50 on the hinge and they did not solve the problem. They are passing the lack of being able to align the tailgate off as being caused by a bushing. He took the vehicle to them because they have the equipment to measure the vehicle and align it right. He said he did not know if they misunderstood why he took his vehicle to them or maybe they were trying to stay within a price line. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.

Sary said Angelo was very nice and professional. He was very helpful. Everyone there was helpful. He appreciated the tea and coffee. Angelo was a gentleman and he really liked this business.

Dirk said the business did really well. He did have to go back the next day for a clanking noise and the business quickly took care of the issue to resolve it. He did not chose to elaborate more on the clanking issue. It was appreciated how quickly the business did take care of the issue.

William said all the repairs took 1 day. It was quick, fast and convenient. The vehicle looks fantastic and it runs great. He worked with Lisa and she had very good customer service and knew what she was doing. Overall he was happy with everything.
