I have bought at least 3 vehicles from IRA Toyota in my lifetime. You would think they would take notice and not run you over like a squirrel on the interstate. I went in to trade my 2016 Tundra for a new one. I am retiring from the military in about 5 years, so I wanted a fresh truck before I retired. The first issue was, they low balled me so bad on my trade in that it was insulting. After I complained and went back and forth, they finally broke and gave me $5000 more for my trade. Then I test drove a 2018 (considered a left over). Same truck as I was trading. However, it already had almost 6,000 miles on it. I was told "Troy" used it as a demo vehicle. I asked the salesman if the warranty would be begin at 6000 miles, he said yes. Come to find out after I signed for the truck, this was a lie. Well, thank you Troy for ripping me from 6000 miles of my warranty. Lastly, they told me I couldn't use the $750 military discount because I was financing for 84 months. You would think they would find a way to incorporate this in the price if it was a Toyota related issue, think again. I spoke to the salesperson today and told them I wanted to return the truck because I was taken advantage of. He said I couldn't because I already bought it. The only think they "did" do, was offer me an extended warranty, of course at discounted price. I wonder if it really is a discount... they lost my business. Don't buy from them. Oh yeah, while I was waiting for the salesman to come back with another low ball trade offer, the lady in the next cubicle was complaining of being treated unfairly as well.
