Stay away
Save yourself a lot of headaches and high blood pressure. We started this process on July 2. Because of their misinformation, deception, and bait and switch tactics, we wasted a lot of time. The vehicle we did purchase, a Nissan Rogue, was advertised to have features that it did not actually have. 2 Weeks after this started we took ownership. I was grateful this was over. Never had I had to make 4 trips to purchase a vehicle. But wait!! They filled out the paperwork wrong. A week later we were back up there signing the papers again. Phew. That's over. But wait, a week later we receive a Fedex envelope because they didn't have us sign another paper. Finally over. But wait. I go to register the vehicle and they never gave me the title application that I need to register. So, they are going to send it overnight to me on Friday. Never received it. Now, I am going back up to IRA, on a Sunday, which I should be spending with my family, to pick up another paper so I can register my car. My plates expire Sunday, so Monday, when I go to register it (which, oh by the way, I have to leave work early, which means I have to have somebody come in an cover my shift, which is going to put me over my labor budget) it means we will be driving it with expired plates. But, that's okay for them. You get crappy service, they don't care that they inconvenience you repeatedly because they can not be counted on to do their job, and, you put yourself at risk of getting ticketed because they are inept. Save yourself time people. You can get a better deal and better service from any car dealer. I bought my last new car at Quirk Chevy right down the street. Was dealt with honestly and only made that one trip to the dealership. Worst car buying experience ever.
