"Follow Up"
I normally try to give good ratings when deserved. First off they were all friendly that wasn't an issue. The problem is as follows. My husband first took my car in while it was having the issues.. It was an intermittent AC issue.. They came out and said oh it's fine the air filter blah blah. No that was not the issue and my husband told them that. They said oh we it could be this we will have to order a part (so right off lied to) the part was supposed to be in the following week. No phone call or information that it had came on we had to contact them... Finally got thru and they put the part on.. Didn't fix the problem. Took it back again explained to them when it has the issue again they wasted my time and said I would need to bring it back the following day for it to be reproduced... Took it back the following day they didn't drive the car to figure out what was wrong they called the tech line.. Why they didn't do this the first few times I have no idea? They think it was this part so again have to order a part will be here next week... A week later no phone call.. We call again oh sorry the part won't be in until next week. Again next week comes along no phone call.. I call them.. Oh your part just came in.. Needless to say they supposedly changed it and said the issue was fixed but again didn't drive it to reproduce the issue.. So I guess I will find out on my next road trip when my AC just stops working... Thanks for nothing.
