"Free isn't always free"
Was told that the free oil change would take 30 minutes but two hours later still sitting in the waiting room. My time is important and they took an hour and a half of it and didn't even wash my car. Just a" sorry it took so long" from the Tech is all I got.

"attentiveness of your staff to customer. I noticed there were other customers there and was helped in a professional manner as well."
I know one of your salesmen but despite that I know someone, I was treated professionally; and I appreciated that the mechanic took time out to come to the waiting area to show me what had happened and that it would be fixed. Great service!

Not happy that tire rotation is not covered as routine maintenance on my new vehicle. Both of my leased Nissan's included this service every other oil change at no charge to me.

Mrs. White, again I would like to apologize for improperly tightening your lug nuts. We have identified the problem. We have put corrective measures in place to make sure it does not happen again. I look forward to getting your vehicle back in the shop in the next few days to make sure everything is correct.
