I came to the Shell Station because my mother has been coming there for the past few years. I brought my Jeep to get the emission inspection done. After a little while they said they couldn't do it because of a gasket problem they were having and that it should be fixed in an hour or so. I said I would come back. The gentleman said he was Tom and to ask for him and there would be no charge. I told him that was not necessary because machines break down. I brought my Jeep back later in the morning and they did the emission inspection. They did not charge for it. I felt bad not paying for the inspection but it made me smile throughout the day that there are still places that care about customer service. We will be bringing all our vehicles there from now on.
