Good but failed to repair something I asked them to do repeatedly, wasted my time
I generally like this place. They are friendly and competent. On my last visit for service, I told them about several things I needed repaired. New breaks, safety inspection, fluid check and replace a parking/fog light that was out in the front of my car. Each time I spoke to the person helping me I mentioned this (when I made the appointment, when I had to reschedule, on the day of my appt., when I called to ask about the status of the repairs). He said the fog light would be taken care of in the safety inspection. I picked up my car after they completed the work and I noticed after I got home that they failed to replace the light. Went back the next day, was told in order to replace light bulb they'd have to put the car up in the garage and didn't have an open bay then and I'd have to wait for a space to open up. Wasted my time by having to go back and wait for that to be done. Ended up going somewhere else for the light. Before this incident I would have recommended James Madison Shell, now I'm reluctant to do so.
