Marian, we so appreciate your comments. Taking care of our customers is job 1 for us. If we missed something, we will do everything possible to take care of it. As per our conversation yesterday, we will have Paul, our Service Manager, come by and take a look at your tires. If they need to be rotated, we will take it down to the shop and get it done for you...no expense or inconvenience for you, whatsoever. We value your business.
