Bernard said the business' service is good but there was a part missing on his vehicle and they wanted him to wait 4 days for it but he chose not to wait. The business ended up finding the part without him waiting for it. He wants the business to make the parts available but other than that, their service was excellent.

Thank you Bernard for your patronage. We hope that we provided you with the service and customer service you expected. Because you came in during a holiday period, it was somewhat sketchy on getting parts for you the day you came. However, we appreciate your business and hope you will give us the opportunity to service your vehicle again.
