Dawna said she was there 7 hours. She chose to stay rather than go home. She was able to read and walk around. Jason loaned her a vehicle to get lunch, this was great customer service. In the time she was there she saw how he deals with his staff and customers and he never sways. His attitude is always respectful, kind and honest, which she appreciates. They called her the next day to follow up. She mentioned she had her timing belt and serpentine belt replaced a couple years ago from another mechanic and she had some questions. She called and caught Jason at a very busy time and he took the time to explain things to her without blowing her off and this gave her some satisfaction. She has a piece of mind that she has someone she can trust and someone who has a heart for their customers. She was very pleased and this was her second visit to this business. This is the only place she will go to. It is a drive but it is worth the drive because of his service and honesty and the way he treats his customers.
