I was extremely pleased with the service at Jc Auto. I called for a smog check and they fit me in immediately. I drove over and they were very friendly. They got me set up and started the test. I was going to fail because of pressure being lost through a cracked gas cap, and they offered to replace it with a cheap new one and do the test over. I payed like 10 bucks for a new cap and they redid the test. Much better than getting a "fail" and having to do it again.
The entire thing took only about 15-20 minutes. I barely even had time to get into the book I was reading. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Offering of a water or something would have been nice, but it was a small shop.
