Beulah said she was very unhappy with the whole experience. The business charged her $65 for labor to install a battery when she could have gotten it done for free elsewhere. She had told them in the beginning she was in a hurry but they didn't have her battery in stock. She said if the business would have let her know they had to order the battery, she could have gone someplace else. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
