Expedient and friendly service. Great lounge for waiting with plug in areas for electronics, a tv, comfortable seating, snack bar, free coffee and donuts......and also good shuttle service if you choose to leave.

I had my boyfriend bring my 2013 Tucson in for oil change, tire rotation and to have air conditioning fixed. The service representative (Kristy)was very friendly in assisting him since I could not be there. My vehicle had just passed it's warranty. Last year I also had air conditioning issues. Kristy, called me and told me what the issue was, compressor needed to be replaced. She called the manufacturer to see if they would cover it. She called me back and scheduled another appointment for the following day. The work was covered by the manufacturer. She took care of everything for me since I could not be there in person. It really ease me knowing everything would be handled. Great staff!!! I will continue to make my drive down from Gainesville to have my vehicle serviced at Jenkins Hyundai.
