The service team is extremely helpful, quick and willing to go the extra mile to explain issues and make you comfortable. We had a recent recall on our Malibu, had loaner vehicle ready dropped off at lunch time and picked up at 6. We would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet for it's customer care in both sales and service.
